1. Wages for tradesmen, foremen, clerks in- -cluding superintendence as stated in our letter dated 31.8.09. From 13.10.

5. Interest on value of work done and not

measured up and paid for till 27 months after completion. Total estimated shortage of payments $100,000.00 equal to $3,700.00 per month for 27 months at 1 % p.m. compound interest

6. Interest on capital $20,920 balance of

work done remaining unpaid from 1.6.11 to 30.9.11,say 4 months at 1% per month
